As a licensed graduate professional counselor, I take a supportive, evidenced-base, curious, and collaborative approach to therapy, and meet you at exactly where you are. My primary focus is to work with adult survivors of childhood abuse. My secondary interest is to work with adults who experience difficulties with inattentiveness, hyperactivity, and productivity, with the added bilingual complexity. Outside of these interests, I have found progress in working with clients presenting with life transition difficulties, mood challenges, and anxiety presentations. I hope to deliver high quality care that is built on the pillars of trust, empathy, and strengths.
