LMSW

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in helping adults of all ages navigate mood disorders, thought disorders, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I aim to create safe, non-judgmental, empathic spaces where clients can explore their emotions, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping.

With a background in art, I bring creativity with me as I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Integrative Therapy. These methods allow me to tailor my method to each individual's unique needs, fostering healing and growth at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering.

Whether you are dealing with a specific challenge or looking to make long-term changes in your life, I am here to provide support, tools, and guidance to help you on your journey to mental and emotional well-being.
