Autism and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder

What it can look like, and what we offer to diagnose/aid our clients

Autism Spectrum Disorder

Autism Spectrum Disorder, ASD, is a developmental disability with a broad range of conditions characterized by a multitude of lacking social/communication abilities. Symptoms can include repetitive behaviors, delays in speech and communication, inability to function in social or abnormal settings, and can impact someone's daily life mildly or severely. Most autism is diagnosed from childhood, although mild cases can go undiagnosed.

Like all diagnoses, these are not enough to label the child/adult with ASD, and should be left to a specialist to assess. At Living Deliberately, LLC, we have a team of specialists ready to help assess and treat those suffering from this disorder, from mild to severe cases.

Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder

ADHD is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders of childhood, and can last well into adulthood. Many people go a long time with undiagnosed ADHD/ADD, and struggle without knowing the root cause. Symptoms can include difficulty focusing, constant fidgeting, trouble adjusting to social situations, delaying projects repeatedly with no cause, and forgetfulness.

Like all diagnoses, these are not enough to label the child/adult with ADHD/ADD, and should be left to a specialist to assess. At Living Deliberately, LLC, we have a team of specialists ready to help assess and treat those suffering from this disorder, from mild to severe cases.

The daily challenges of Autism and Attention Deficit Disorder can be challenging, both for the individual and family. Our clinicians go through specialized training and certifications to diagnose and care for the individuals, as well as their caregivers, friends, and family.

Our clinicians can offer support, coping techniques, and medication management to those who qualify.
