Medication Management

Thoughtful, Personalized Psychiatric Care

Support When Medication Is Part of the Plan

At Living Deliberately, medication management is approached with care, intention, and collaboration. For some individuals, medication can be a helpful part of treatment for conditions such as depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and mood disorders.

Our goal is not to prescribe quickly — it’s to understand your symptoms, history, and preferences so we can determine whether medication is appropriate and aligned with your overall treatment plan.

Medication is always discussed as one tool among many, not the only solution.

What to Expect

Medication management includes:

  • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation

  • Clear education about options, benefits, and potential side effects

  • Ongoing monitoring and adjustments as needed

  • Coordination with therapy when applicable

We prioritize transparency, informed consent, and open communication. If medication is recommended, decisions are made collaboratively — never rushed or pressured.

Appointments are available in Baltimore, MD and via telehealth when appropriate.

Is Medication Right for You?

Medication may be helpful if:

  • Symptoms significantly interfere with daily functioning

  • Therapy alone has not provided enough relief

  • You are experiencing persistent depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, or mood instability

If you're unsure, that’s completely okay. A consultation can help you explore your options and decide what feels right.
